In this role, you will:
  • Lead and participate in a variety of complex job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization within Development Programs
  • Identify and research job assignments for classroom training and operational assignments that require research and evaluation
  • Present recommendations for improvements on Development Programs while developing understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Determine requirements for each activity
  • Make recommendations to optimize programs accordingly while identifying and resolving issues
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, program leaders, program participants
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment
Required Qualifications :
  • Work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
